How do I schedule a tutoring session?
Contact us directly under the "Contact Us" tab at the top of the screen. Fill out the form with your information, let us know what course you need help in and when you're available.
You can also visit out "About" page to learn step-by-step how to complete the scheduling process.
Do you offer different courses?
Yes! We offer a variety of college level courses such in math, physics, english, science, architecture, engineering, and more!
Do you only cater to Texas Tech?
We provide college level tutoring to students in the Lubbock and the South Plains area. This would include TTU, TTUHSC, LCU, and South Plains College.
What if there isn't a tutor available for the course I need?
We are working hard to provide tutors with a variety of knowledge and background in different subjects. If at this time, we don't have a tutor suited for your needs, you will be the first to know when we do!
Can I choose a tutor based on my preferences and needs?
Yes, when booking a tutoring session we will select the tutor that best suits your current course needs.
What are the qualifications and expertise of the tutors?
Our tutors are students, graduate students, and professionals in their career of study who have already completed and excelled in the course.
Are tutoring sessions conducted in-person or online?
Both! We understand not everyone can meet in person for various reasons. This is why we offer virtual and in-person tutoring.
What is the pricing structure for tutoring services?
We offer hourly sessions and hourly package purchase options. Tutoring sessions are charged by the hour. A per hour session is $45. We also offer 5 hour and 10 hour prepaid packages at a discounted rate of $40 and $35 per hour respectively.
If you are a Fraternity or Sorority, we offer custom packages at an additional discount. Please contact us for more information.
Are there any additional fees or hidden costs?
If a student doesn't show to their session without notification of cancellation at least an hour before the start of their session, they will be charged for the full hour session at $45.
We understand that time is valuable. We respect the time of our tutors and ask that our students respect their time as well.
What if I need to reschedule or cancel a tutoring session?
We do our best to accommodate our students. We will gladly reschedule a session for you through a phone call.
If you wish to cancel a session, please notify us and we can reschedule you for another time.
Hours paid for do not get used until the session is completed. However, there will be a 1-hour charge of $45 for no-shows (without notification of cancellation). We value your time and the time of our tutors.
Is there a satisfaction guaranteed or refund policy for tutoring services?
We want all of our students to succeed, if you were not satisfied with your tutoring session, we want to hear about it and we will do what is needed to get you the tutoring assistance you need.
How do I purchase sessions?
Hourly sessions and prepaid packages can be purchased by visiting our pricing page.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept payments via credit/debt card, Apple Pay, and Afterpay*.
*Afterpay is a service that allows you to make smaller payments on larger purchases.
What sets your tutoring services apart from others in the market?
One of our goals is to make tutoring easily accessible to you. This is why we offer the option of virtual tutoring as well as meeting in person.
Do you provide support for specific learning needs and disabilities?
If you have a specific learning need or disability, we will do everything we can to accommodate you. We are here for your success!
Are tutors available during evenings and weekends to accommodate different schedules?
Yes, we have tutors available to meet various schedule needs.
Our working hours are from 8AM to 8PM. This means the first tutoring session of the day can begin at 8AM and the last tutoring session of the day will start at 8PM.

We are currently working on a automated online booking system for ease of use and a 24/7 chat access to your tutor for easy note sharing, scheduling new sessions, changing a meet up spot, and more.
Do you offer group tutoring sessions?
We are actively working on providing monthly group sessions and you will be the first to know when they launch.
What do I need to bring to my tutoring sessions?
You'll need to bring any materials necessary to make the most of your tutoring session such as relevant notes, homework questions, laptop, and of course yourself.
It is best practice to let your tutor know ahead of time what you specifically need help with. This will help you get the most out of your tutoring session.
Can tutors assist with specific projects or assignments?
Yes, our tutors are here to help you with homework problems and projects. We're here to make learning and studying easier.
